A rare “success” for Bush Administration fell apart a while back when North Korea decided it would restart its Nuclear Reactor, as a result of US not removing DPRK from its Terrorist State list.
The Nuclear agreement was dubed a “rare success” for Bush Administration, but I have a hard time understanding this “success”.
